AGC is responsible for the management and construction of one of the largest single-family homes in South Florida. The nearly 40,000 ft2 home is located at the Horse Country, Miami, Florida. AGC is managing all aspects of the construction of this high-end, two-story, 11 bedrooms, and 18-bathrooms residence. The scope of services for this project includes the construction of the site work, drainage, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finish work, as well as the landscaping design. AGC is also responsible for the construction of the guesthouse and on-site tennis court for this residence. The total construction cost of the project is over $8.5 million. This project is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed in 2021.
