AGC was the General Contractor for the construction of a new 4,500 Sq. Ft. Modern Style Spec House, located at 727 Grouper Lane, Key Largo, Florida. The scope of services for this project includes the construction of the site work, drainage, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finish work, as well as the landscaping design. The total construction cost of the project is over $1.6 million. The project was completed on time in accordance with plans and specifications.
