General Contractor for the development of this new 30,250 Sq. Ft. 2-story office building with more than 88 parking spaces, located at 8935 N.W. 35 Lane, Doral, Florida. In charge of the Construction, Quality Control and Management of all construction aspect of this site as well as the administration, coordination, and management of all subcontractors. The structural components of the building included the following elements: Steel reinforced spread footings, masonry blocks with tie-downs every 4 feet, reinforced concrete, and steel columns, and a steel joist roof system using lightweight concrete. Project include the paving & drainage for the entire site (approximately 1.2 Acres), 5 Drainage Structures, 225 lf of French Drains, and 21,200 SY of 8” Lime-rock Base & Asphalt, 6-inch water main installation, and 8-inch sewer main installation.
