General Contractor for the construction of a new 7,100 Sq. Ft. Spec House, located at 10290 SW 62nd Street, Miami, Florida. In charge of the Construction, Quality Control and Management of this custom-built home as well as the administration and coordination of all subcontractor activities. AGC was also responsible for the construction of the gazebo with an outdoor kitchen and pool for this residence. The scope of services for this project includes the construction of the site work, drainage, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finish work, as well as the landscaping. The total construction cost of the project is over $1.7 million. The project was completed on time in accordance with plans and specifications.
