AGC was responsible for the management and new construction of a 6,500 Sq. Ft. home is located at 150 Isla Dorada Boulevard, Coral Gables, Florida. AGC managed all aspects of the construction of this high-end, two-story residence. The scope of services for this project includes the construction of the site work, drainage, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finish work, as well as the landscaping. The total construction cost of the project is over $1.3 million. The project was completed on time in accordance with plans and specifications.
