AGC was responsible for the management and construction remodel of a 9,500 Sq. Ft. The home is located at 2555 Lake Avenue, Sunset Island 2, Miami Beach, Florida. AGC is managing all aspects of the construction of this high-end, two-story residence. AGC is also responsible for the remodeling of the guesthouse for this residence. The scope of services for this project includes the construction of the site work, drainage, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finish work, as well as the landscaping. The total construction cost of the project is over $2.2 million. The project was completed on time in accordance with plans and specifications.
