Design-Build of a Luxurious Residence for Mr. Omar Rodriguez, Miami, Florida

SCOPE OF WORK

AGC is responsible for the design, management and new construction of a 10,800 Sq. Ft. home is located at 12267 S.W. 51st Street, Miami, Florida. AGC managed all aspects of the construction of this high-end, one-story residence. In charge of the Construction, Quality Control and Management of this custom built home as well as the administration and coordination of all subcontractor activities. AGC was also responsible for the construction of the guesthouse and on-site tennis court for this residence. The scope of services for this project includes the construction of the site work, drainage, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finish work, as well as the landscaping design. The total construction cost of the project is over $3.5 million. The project was completed on time in accordance with plans and specifications.
