Miami Intermodal Center-Earlington Heights Station
SCOPE OF WORK
In order to connect the Earlington Heights Metrorail Station to the Miami Intermodal Center, modifications to the Earlington Heights Station were required; a new station at Miami Intermodal Center was also required. A&P Engineers was selected to offer its site civil design skills for this project.
As the Site Civil Engineer of Record for the Miami Intermodal Center - Earlington Heights Station construction, A&P Engineers was responsible for providing a traffic control plan, detour plan, signing and pavement marking plan, temporary and permanent signalization design, and substation design. Aside from the technical aspects, we have played an integral role in the coordination with Miami-Dade Transit Agency representatives, architects, engineers, and consultants.
