AGC was responsible for the retrofitting and remodeling of the luxurious residence; a modern style home in an urban environment. The 10,800-ft2 home is located at Sunset Island 2, Miami Beach FL. The project included interior and exterior work, with its most unique feature being the signature architecture. AGC was in charge of the construction and quality control of the project, as well as contract administration and subcontractor supervision. The project had over 40 laborers at any one time; all of which AGC was responsible for. The total construction cost of the project was $2.5 million. The project was completed on time in accordance with plans and specifications.
