AGC was the General Contractor for the construction of a new 11,000 Sq. Ft. Spec House, locate at 12251 SW 47th Street, Miami, Florida. In charge of the Construction, Quality Control and Management of this custom-built home as well as the administration and coordination of all subcontractor activities. AGC was also responsible for the construction of the gazebo with an outdoor kitchen, pool and on-site tennis court for this residence. The scope of services for this project includes the construction of the site work, drainage, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finish work, as well as the landscaping. The total construction cost of the project is over $2.5 million. The project was completed on time in accordance with plans and specifications.
