SCOPE OF WORK
At the Presidente Supermarket, A&P Engineers offered its General Contractor and Engineer of Record services to the client in the development of the civil site construction plans. This new 19,600 square-foot shopping plaza is located at 2199 N.W. 36th Street on approximately 0.75 acres.
As the General Contractor, our firm was devoted to construction, quality control and management of all construction activities. Included in these activities were administration, coordination, and management of our company and all subcontractors. As the Engineer of Record, we were responsible for the grading, paving, drainage structures, water main installation, and sewer main installation.
