AGC was the General Contractor for the development of this new 19,600 Sq. Ft. Shopping Plaza with 38 parking spaces, locate at 2199 NW 36th Street, Miami, Florida. In charge of the Construction, Quality Control and Management of all construction aspects of this site as well as the administration, coordination and management of all subcontractors. Project include the paving & drainage for the entire site approximately 0.75 Acres, 4 Drainage Structures, 170 lf of French Drains, and 250 SY of 8” Lime-rock Base & Asphalt, 6-inch water main installation - approximately 40 lf, and 6-inch sewer main installation - approximately 40 lf. The scope of services also included the construction of the site work, drainage, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finish work, as well as the landscaping.
