Presidente Superplaza, located at 11300 Quail Roost Drive, was built in 2001 and contains an 82,000 square-foot shopping plaza. At approximately 8.2 acres, this plaza required 350 parking spaces, new pavement, a new drainage system, over 3000’ of new water main installation, and nearly 2000’ of new sewer main installation.

 

As the General Contractor and Engineer of Record, A&P Engineers was responsible for the production of construction plans as well as construction. Our tasks as the General Contractor included supervising all construction, quality control, and management activities as well as the administration, coordination, and management our subcontractors.
