Project include the paving & drainage for the entire site approximately 8.2 Acres, 24 Drainage Structures, 800 lf of French Drains, and 21,200 SY of 8” Lime-rock Base & Asphalt, 1340 Lf. Ft. of 12-inch water main installation, 1850 Lf. Ft. of 2-inch water main installation, 1500 Lf.,Ft. of 8-inch sewer main installation, 350 Lf. Ft. of 4-inch sewer main installation, and 60 Lf. Ft. of 6-inch sewer main installation. The scope of services also included the construction of the site work, drainage, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finish work, as well as the landscaping.
