In this monumental project, multi-level flyovers were built in order to construct the SR-826/SR-836 Interchange. As a part of the design team, A&P Engineers took on the task of designing an entirely new lighting system throughout the project as well as on side-streets that were impacted by the construction.

Our new lighting system consisted of approximately 1,000 new light poles and 100 under deck luminaires. All of this is also required 7 service points. Aside from Florida Department of Transportation and Miami-Dade Expressway Authority standards, we successfully met all applicable Federal Aviation Authority requirements with our design.
