N.W. 25th Street-Viaduct West Phase

SCOPE OF WORK

Constructing the N.W. 25th Street Viaduct was accomplished by two separate projects, the East Phase and West Phase; A&P Engineers was responsible for the Project Administration in bother of these projects. The West Phase included reconstructing of N.W. 25th Street, widening the ramps to and from SR-82, and construction of a 0.6-mile viaduct from N.W. 82nd Avenue to SR-826 over the westbound lanes of N.W. 25th Street. The East Phase included widening and reconstructing N.W. 25th Street, constructing N.W. 68th Avenue from N.W. 22nd Street to N.W. 25th Street, widening the ramps to and from SR-826 and constructing of a viaduct from N.W. 22nd Street to SR-826 over the westbound lanes of N.W. 25th Street.

 

As the Project Administrator A&P Engineers managed all project activities such as documenting daily construction activities, monitoring personnel, invoicing, certifying materials, finalizing as-built plans, and ensuring final acceptance. Aside from this, we place special emphasis on the non-technical side related to maintaining a great working relationship with the QC group and the contractor. Our combined efforts lead to the successful completion of a much-needed project for the area and the community as a whole.
